Forgive me heavenly father
for i have sinned today
in every single possible way
I got mad
I got sad
And all the while I knew that
what I was doing was wrong
I heard you tell me
to tell you all my problems and worries
but instead I kept them to myself
Though now I am asking you for help
I know that I dont deserve it
but heavenly father I really need your help,
a help that only you can give
I need your love, your guidence, your strenght, and
most of all your unsurpassed patience
Please cleanse my soul
please take away all my hurts and woes
For you are my heavenly father and
I will follow you down which ever road
you tell me I should go

My friend
It was a sad day in my life
the day your beautiful one ended
We had our good times
and our bad ones too
But in the end you always came through
Your soft velvet nose
and your big brown eyes
always found a way to make me smile
So even though our time together
has come to an end
Your loss will forever be sore
your spot never completly refilled
So farewell my horse
farewell my friend
Know that I have loved you past the end

Rain

Rain falls silently
washing away the tears that fall freely
I stand like a statue in the dark, silent yard
I stand there for what feels like forever,
but he never comes
My hair is wet so I take out the clip,
allowing the curls to flow like dark streams down my back
My heart aches and I hear it say,
"Can I make it one more day?"
The rain stops then and so do the tears,
the sun comes out and the dark clouds disappear
My heart stops hurting and I hear it say
"Yes I can make it one more day, and he's not going to get in my way."

Midnight Run

The wind howls on a moonless night
the sky is starry and bright
The leaveswhisper, the grass sways
I can hear thunder but there is no rain
I can hear them coming, I know what it is,
I see them now as they come around the bend
Their legs move in blurrs, their manes flow like mist
they kick and they buck enjoying their midnight run
But now they slow because they know
here comes the rising sun
